Fine Art Programs
St. Mary Magdalen School offers its students experiences with the fine arts as part of our curriculum. We firmly believe that students are able to best express themselves when they have exposure to many different areas of the arts. Read below for more information on our arts programs.
ART TREK
Our Art Trek program seeks to instill in students a love for art and artistic expression. Students learn about the elements of art like line, shape, and form, which they explore through different mediums and fun projects. Parents are encouraged to volunteer as docents for the program.
MUSIC CLASS
Our music teacher, Ms. Z, visits classes weekly to teach about all aspects of music, from theory to performing in a showcase to learning to play instruments. She even hosts "March Musical Madness" once a year where students get to vote for a series of songs to see which one get the win. Your student will be happy and engaged under her fun instruction.
